Shipping policy

By registering your details to purchase wine online from NSE Wines, your pricing for freight and shipping will be calculated on number of bottles purchased. 

• 1 to 12 bottles - SA $18, NSW VIC ACT $46, QLD $50, NT WA TAS $70
• 12 or more bottles - calculated by kg. 
• We do not ship overseas. 

Orders are dispatched regularly via Aramex Australia or Australia, and shipping time frames are estimated at three to ten business days, depending on your location in Australia. You will receive an email with a tracking code when orders are shipped.

We prefer to dispatch to a street address—please contact us if you require it to be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping time frames are estimated at three to ten business days within Australia, depending on your location. If our nominated contractor does not deliver to a remote or specific location, we will advise you of the nearest possible delivery point.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. The recipient of the delivery must be 18 years of age or older. Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
